“Unfortunately, Esimatic users cannot change their account email address when they register with third-party sign-in solutions (Google, Facebook, or Apple) at this time.

If you have lost access to the email address associated with your eSIM account, please contact our customer support ([email protected]) and we’ll delete the account. You can create another eSIM account with a new email after the old one is deleted.”
